As 2012 comes to a close, it feels only appropriate to share this great quote I stumbled on yesterday.

Ironically enough, I read this right after coming home from a shopping trip. And as if buyer’s remorse hadn’t already paid me a visit, this quote really allowed it to settle in. All kidding aside, I am very thankful for this reminder. It’s easy to forget the important things in life, especially in our world where success is often measured by haves and have-nots.

Appreciate the beautiful things, be thankful, and remember the things that truly matter most. For me those are my family, my love, my friends, and making the most of my time, doing the best I can. Best wishes to you and yours in the new year!
